The STAGE 12l is part of our PERFORMANCE BACKPACK line. With its technical features and the unique design it persuades the international jury of the DI.A 2015 at the category Equipment & Technology. One highlight of the STAGE 12l is the BRACE LINK carrying system with flexible straps that automatically adapt to individual shoulder widths. Combined with the low net weight, neutral weight/load distribution and sophisticated ventilation system, the system provides superior carrying comfort and outstanding freedom of movement when riding a bike. In addition, it enables wearing a neck brace.

These multifunctional, technical backpacks of our TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE BACKPACK line meet the highest demands when it comes to functionality, carrying comfort and low weight. One of the reasons for this is the sophisticated AIR FLOW CONTACT back system. It distributes the weight neutrally to the body’s centre of gravity while minimising the contact surface on the back and shoulders. We have also positioned the ventilation elements, such as channels and specially moulded, perforated EVA pads, behind a mesh fabric, in the form of “islands”, and as such, to the inside. This helps optimise air circulation without limiting carrying comfort and neutral load distribution. Warm air can escape to the top as well as to the sides.

The STAGE 12l also impresses with the unique, newly designed BRACE LINK carrying system. Whether you’re slim and petite or tall and muscular, the flexible straps adapt to any shoulder width and consequently make for optimised carrying comfort. It’s all in the BRACE LINK: This metal element connects the backpack and wearer in the most innovative way. Plus, it guarantees additional freedom of movement when riding a bike and enables you to wear a neck brace – hence the name.

As is customary for EVOC, the STAGE 12l incorporate a wide range of sophisticated technical features. Both have a tool compartment with separate quick access. An embossed emergency plan provides emergency steps and the most important phone numbers. A separate compartment offers space for a hydration system of up to three litres in capacity. There is also space for your sunglasses/goggles and other small necessities. But that’s enough about pockets and compartments. The packs also offer individual attachment solutions for full-face and cross-country helmets as well as for protectors. Unobtrusive markings provide instructions. Convenient: The rain cover forms part of the features and can be pulled over the backpack in one simple step.
